A vendor can sell goods and services. YOU MUST contact if planning food or drinks admin @ 30a parade.com email. Meet with volunteer at Gulf Place to confirm placement. Map of placement will be emailed prior to event. Power is available but you must bring your own extension cords long enough to reach outlets. We do not supply extension cords! Its a good idea to scope out the power spots ahead of time.

EVENT TIMES: Vendor area opens at 10am March 18th. Festival begins after parade arrives or 3pm whichever comes first. Festival runs til 7pm or a little later. Vendor cost includes entry for up to 3 people who must be working your vendor space..o ensure the mobile food vendors in South Walton are following the current fire code, South Walton Fire Dept has listed the current fire code that is required for ALL mobile food vendors that meet this criteria.
This is not for food vendors that are preparing food off site in a structure and then heat/sell food under tents nor does this apply to vendors utilizing BBQ grills, smokers or pizza ovens that prepare food outside of a structure or tent.
Listed below are the fire codes for mobile food vendors.
In accordance with the National Fire Protection Association NFPA 96, Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations.
4.1.1 – Cooking equipment used in processes producing smoke or grease-laden vapors shall be equipped with an exhaust system that complies with all the equipment and performance requirements of this standard.
4.1.9 – Cooking equipment used in fixed, mobile, or temporary concessions, such as trucks, buses, trailers, pavilions, tents, or any form of roofed enclosure, shall comply with this standard unless otherwise exempted by the authority having jurisdiction in accordance with 1.3.2 of this standard.
10.1.2 – Cooking equipment that produces grease-laden vapors and that might be a source of ignition of grease in the hood, grease removal device, or duct shall be protected by fire-extinguishing equipment.
